During my recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent features of the provided database. The room was cozy, spacious, and felt more like an apartment than a typical motel space—definitely a highlight. the outdoor lights added a charming touch, illuminating both the bathroom and living area beautifully, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
I did notice a slight inconvenience regarding the limited parking availability. While it didn't significantly detract from my overall experience, it was a minor annoyance that could be improved.

Clean rooms
Unable to open a window / door to let fresh air in of a night. Had to leave Air conditioner on all night. No exhaust fan in bathroom/toilet.Flat lumpy pillows. I would only recommend staying here for short stay.

we had a lovely stay at the riverlakes motel, which was impressively clean and well-maintained. the rooms were comfortably furnished, and we enjoyed the pleasant view of the nearby park. the staff exceeded our expectations by being very accommodating, especially after our late arrival due to flight issues. their helpfulness made our travel day much easier, and the location was perfect for attending the woodford festival, as well as exploring the charming attractions around.
No major complaints here! 😊.

My main concern was location. I have a family member in a nearby Nursing Home, and as a visitor from Nth West Qld & being without transport, the proximity to the Home, the Railway Station, and the main shopping area, made the Caboolture Motel, the ideal location to me to stay. I have stayed there on previous occasions & hope to stay there again at the end of he year.
No issues at all. I found the staff friendly & the room & facilities well maintained & comfortable.

This is one of the best-run places I've stayed. The warm hosts made sure we were comfortable, and the accommodations were ideally located near great eateries and shops. Our unit was clean and well-equipped, and we even enjoyed a fantastic spa upgrade. The views from the balcony were lovely, and the quiet location allowed for a restful night's sleep.
Pillows were too firm for me.
